4.2 Albero cardanico
4.2.1 Controllo ed eventuale determinazione della
lunghezza dell'albero cardanico
Queste operazioni devono essere eseguite quando:
• Si riceve la trinciatrice.
• Si cambia la trattrice.
Personale richiesto: 1 TECNICO QUALIFICATO
Procedere nel modo seguente:
• Assicurarsi che sia stato eseguito il collegamento ai
tre punti (vedi punto
4.1.2
).
• Misurare la distanza fra l'albero in uscita dalla sca-
tola ingranaggi della trinciatrice e l'albero in uscita
dalla trattrice, quota

• Misurare l'albero cardanico in posizione tutta
chiusa, quota
B

).
CONDIZIONI :
Se B è uguale ad A
Dopo avere collegato l'albero cardanico sia alla trat-
trice che alla trinciatrice (vedi punti 4.2.2 e 4.2.3), sol-
levare molto lentamente la trinciatrice ed effettuare tutti
i movimenti previsti per controllare il corretto scorri-
mento dell'albero cardanico e soprattutto che siano
soddisfatte le condizioni rappresentate in Fig. 4-8-A e
4-8-B.
Se B è minore di A
Dopo avere collegato l'albero cardanico sia alla trat-
trice che alla trinciatrice (vedi punti 4.2.2 e 4.2.3), sol-
levare molto lentamente la trinciatrice ed effettuare tutti
i movimenti previsti per controllare il corretto scorri-
mento dell'albero cardanico e soprattutto che siano
soddisfatte le condizioni rappresentate in Fig. 4-8-A e
4-8-B.

4.2 Cardan shaft
4.2.1 Cardan shaft length control
This operations should be performed:
• Upon receival of the shredder.
• When changing tractor.
Required staff: 1 TRAINED TECHNICIAN
Proceed as follows:
• Make sure the three-point-connection has been
properly executed as to point
4.1.2
• Measure the distance between the gearbox PTO of
the shredder and the tractor PTO, distance

• Measure the cardan shaft in its all closed position,

CONDITIONS:
If B is equal to A
After having connected the cardan shaft both to the
tractor and to the shredder (see points 4.2.2 and
4.2.3), lift the shredder very slowly and carry out all the
movements in order to check the correct sliding of the
cardan shaft and especially that all the conditions
shown in Fig. 4-8-A and 4-8-B are satisfied.
If B is smaller than A
After having connected the cardan shaft both to the
tractor and to the shredder (see points 4.2.2 and
4.2.3), lift the shredder very slowly and carry out all the
movements in order to check the correct sliding of the
cardan shaft and especially that all the conditions
shown in Fig. 4-8-A and 4-8-B are satisfied.
