9.3.3 Sostituzione coltelli
Personale richiesto: 1 OPERATORE + 1 TECNICO
QUALIFICATO alla movimentazione della trinciatrice.
• Sollevare la trinciatrice come indicato al punto
3.1
• Appoggiare la trinciatrice su adeguati sostegni.
• Procedere alla sostituzione dei coltelli tenendo
conto che coltelli o mazze in posizioni opposte
devono avere lo stesso peso. E' comunque tollera-
bile una differenza di peso non superiore al
2%
.
• Serrare i dadi a
6
Kgm per la trinciatrice FL.
• Serrare i dadi a
10
Kgm per le trinciatrici FP-FA.
•
Sostituire i dadi ad ogni cambio di coltelli.
Non montare contemporaneamente gruppi di coltelli
diversi tra loro.
Terminata l'operazione di montaggio è bene control-
lare che tutte le viti dei coltelli siano ben serrate.
LASCIARE ANCHE UNA SOLA VITE NON BLOC-
CATA PUÓ ESSERE ESTREMAMENTE PERICO-
LOSO.

9.3.3 Knives replacement
Required staff: 1 OPERATOR + 1 TRAINED TECHNI-
CIAN for moving the shredder.
• Lift the shredder from behind gradually as to point
3.1
• Lean the shredder on proper supports.
• Replace the knives keeping in mind that opposite
knives or hammers must have the same weight. A
weight difference below
2%
is however acceptable.
• Tighten the nuts up to
6
Kgm for the shredder FL.
• Tighten the nuts up to
10
Kgm for the shredder FP-
FA.
•
Replace the nuts at each knives replacement.
Never install different knives models at the same time.
After the knives assembly always check for the correct
tightening of the knives screws.
LEAVING EVEN ONLY ONE SCREW NOT PROP-
ERLY TIGHTENED MAY IMPLY EXTREME DANGER.
