4.2.3 Collegamento albero cardanico con ruota
libera
Prima di procedere al collegamento, controllare che la
spina 1 (Fig. 4-11-A) e l'anello 3 (Fig. 4-11-B) scorrano
liberamente. In caso contrario, provvedere alla loro
pulizia e ad eventuale lubrificazione.
Si deve collegare l'albero cardanico prima alla trin-
ciatrice poi alla trattrice.
• Innestare e spingere l'albero cardanico
sull'albero della scatola ingranaggi finché si arre-
sta (Fig.
4-11-B
).
• Tirare verso di sè l'anello
3
e, tenendolo tirato, fare
avanzare l'albero di circa 2 cm.
• Rilasciare l'anello
3
e continuare ad introdurre
l'albero cardanico. Quando le sfere
4
entrano nella
sede
5
dell'albero scanalato, si avverte uno scatto
che indica l'avvenuto collegamento.
• Afferrare l'albero cardanico e tirare energicamente
per assicurarsi che sia bloccato.
Eseguire l'operazione dal lato trattrice.
• Innestare e spingere l'albero cardanico sull'albero
della presa di forza finché si arresta (Fig.
4-11-A
).
• Premere a fondo la spina di sicurezza
1
con il pol-
lice della mano e, tenendola premuta, fare avanzare
l'albero cardanico di circa 2 cm.
• Diminuire la pressione sulla spina senza togliere il
pollice e continuare ad introdurre lentamente
l'albero cardanico. Quando la spina

entra nella
sede
2
dell'albero scanalato si avverte, sul pollice,
una leggera pressione, data dalla spina, che indica
l'avvenuto collegamento.
• Afferrare l'albero cardanico e tirare energicamente
per assicurarsi che sia bloccato.
UN ALBERO CARDANICO COLLEGATO NON COR-
RETTAMENTE È ESTREMAMENTE PERICOLOSO
E PUÒ CAUSARE GRAVI DANNI ALL’OPERATORE
E ALLA MACCHINA.

4.2.3 Connection of cardan shaft with free-wheel
Before the connection make sure that the pin 1 (Fig. 4-
11-A) and the ring 3 (Fig. 4-11-B) slide freely. Other-
wise take care of their cleaning and if neecessary
lubricate them.
Connect the cardan shaft to the shredder first and
then to the tractor.
• Insert and push the cardan shaft on the gearbox
shaft until it stops (Fig.
4-11-B
).
• Pull the ring

, and keep it pulled until the shaft
moves forward about 2 cm.
• Release the ring
3
and keep on inserting the cardan
shaft. As soon as the bearings
4
enter their home
position

within the splined shaft a click indicates
that the connection is completed.
• Grasp the cardan shaft and pull it with energy, in
order to make sure it is fully blocked.
Repeat the steps from the tractor side.
• Insert and push the cardan shaft on the PTO shaft
until it stops (Fig.
4-11-A
).
• Press the safety pin

fully with the thumb of one
hand and keep it pressed until the cardan shaft
moves about 2 cm forward.
• Reduce the pressure on the pins, keep the finger in
place and keep on inserting the cardan shaft slowly.
As soon as the pin
1
enters its home position

in
the splined shaft, a slight pressure on your thumb
indicates that the connection is completed.
• Grasp the cardan shaft and pull it with energy,in
order to make sure it is fully blocked.
A CARDAN SHAFT IMPROPERLY CONNECTED IS
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND MAY CAUSE SERI-
OUS DAMAGE TO THE TRACTOR AND THE
SHREDDER.
