2.3) Customizing visor opening
For this model the serrated mechanism can be replaced
and visor opening can be customized. The 3 mechanisms
available have teeth that differ in number and thickness ac-
cording to type of use.
• Mechanism for Touring use (mounted standard). Fun-
ctions: locks the visor in open/closed position and 3 inter-
mediate visor locking positions.
• Mechanism for Racing use (in the box). Functions: locks
the visor in fully open and fully closed position without in-
termediate positions.
• Mechanism for city use (in the box). Functions: locks the
visor in open/closed position, 3 intermediate visor locking
positions, micro-opening.
To remove the serrated mechanism pull it toward the out-
side (1); to reinstall or replace it, position it in its housing
and push (2) until you feel the mechanism snapping into the
correct position.
