What to do if the external fan on my Airxcel ICE HC2010 doesn’t start?

  If the external fan on your Airxcel Air Conditioner isn't starting, begin by checking if the connecting terminal is loose. Also, verify that the DC input power voltage is within the specified range. Make sure there is no foreign material blocking the fan. Finally, check the detected internal temperature and external fan status through the display interface to ensure there is an energy-saving or cooling requirement.

  If the internal fan of your Airxcel Air Conditioner isn't starting, first check if the connecting terminal is loose. Next, verify that the DC input power voltage is within the correct range. Then, check for any foreign objects blocking the fan. Finally, ensure the internal return temperature is not lower than the internal fan stop point.

  If your Airxcel Air Conditioner fan is making abnormal noises, it could be due to bearing wear, in which case you should replace the fan. Another possibility is that the fan impeller is in contact with other parts; check for any interference between cables and the fan impeller.
