the corresponding input mode.
2. Check if the volume is in the minimum state. If so, rotate the encoder knob to the right
or use the remote control to increase the volume.
3. If both of the above points are normal, check if the audio input device is paused, muted,
or the volume is in the minimum state.
Q: All wires are connected. why is there no sound output?
A: 1. Please check if the input audio source is turned on and if the volume is too low.
2. Please confirm whether the speaker and amplifier match ( For example, the speaker is
fixed resistance or fixed voltage, the power of speaker is too much over the power of the
amplifier etc).
Q: Why there is no sound or very little sound after the amplifier is connected
to the speaker?
A: The change and updates of computer system, software and hardware and security software
may sometimes lead to driver loss, please reinstall the driver and try again.
Q: Why DAC can't be recognized by the computer after installing the driver
for a while?
A: Short press the encoder knob to enter the menu, select input mode or the "SELECT" button
on the remote control, switch to Bluetooth input mode, then turn on Bluetooth on your
phone, search for "AIYIMA A80", click connect and play music.
Q: Why can't I find Bluetooth?
A: 1. Check if the machine antenna is installed properly and if the Bluetooth connection
distance is too far (greater than 15 meters)
2. whether there is blocking or interference(such as WiFi router / wireless telephone / FM
radio, etc., since they may be in the same frequency band as Bluetooth, and inductive
loads such as fans/refrigerators/air conditioners will also cause some interference)
Q: Why is there obvious background noise/current sound when in Bluetooth
mode, sometimes playback lags or even disconnection?
A: Compared with phones, computers with poor compatibility and troublesome operations
when using Bluetooth. Need the computer with Bluetooth function and to update the
driver and set the output device to Bluetooth after connection.
Q: The device is connected to my computer via Bluetooth, why is the
connection successful but there is no sound?
A: Mobile phone connection is drive free. It should be confirmed whether both the phone
and the connection cable support OTG function. Some phones need to open the OTG
option and set the output device in the settings.
Q: The device cannot be used when connected to the phone via USB. need to
install a driver?
