34 Translation of the original operating instructions
Malfunction Possible cause Solution
Plug connections of the supply
cable disconnected or defective
(e.g. 3-pin plug)
Check plug connections and
connect all plugs together. Con-
tact an AL-KO service centre if
the plug connections are defec-
tive.
The system establishes a radio
link, but the drives cannot be
moved to the wheels
System defective Check the LED on the remote
control. If the operation LED
lights up red: Contact an AL-KO
service centre
Manoeuvring does not work
(operation LED continuously
green, drives in position, no red
LED on the remote control)
System defective Contact an AL-KO service
centre
During performance of one of
the functions positioning, ma-
noeuvring, retracting, the move-
ment is unexpectedly interrup-
ted
Poor radio link or interruption in
connection
Reduce the range from the dri-
ves, but keep a minimum dis-
tance of 0.5 m
Drive retraction does not func-
tion
System defective With the retract key pressed,
hold the remote control on the
release switch – drives are
retracted. Repeat the procedure
once if necessary. If this does
not work: Retract the drives ma-
nually
Error during initial start-up Repeat initial start-up
Remote control in wrong opera-
ting mode
Press keys 4 and 7 simulta-
neously if the "maximum grade-
ability" LED lights up in teach-in
mode. The LED goes out
Zero position of the joystick has
shifted
Recalibrate the joystick:
Switch on the remote control
with keys 5 and 6 pressed

Excessive slope Use the towing vehicle to move
the caravan to more level
