Obstacle under the wheels Check whether the wheels are
up against an obstacle (e.g.
curb edge or stone).
Contaminated drive Clean the drive and wheels
Slippery ground Check the ground at all wheels
Remote control defective Renew the remote control and
repeat the initial start-up
Flat supply battery for the dri-
ves
Check the battery display on
the remote control, check the
battery, charge it
Poor radio link or interruption in
connection
Reduce the range from the dri-
ves, but keep a minimum dis-
tance of 0.5 m
Temperature of the drives too
high
Check the LED on the remote
control. Allow the drives to cool
down.
System defective Check the LED on the remote
control. If the operation LED is
lit red: Contact an AL-KO ser-
vice centre
"Remote-control battery status"
LED flashes
Battery almost flat Stop manoeuvring
"Battery status of supply battery
for drives" LED flashes during
manoeuvring
Battery almost flat Finish manoeuvring and charge
the battery
"Battery status of supply battery
for drives" LED flashes when
not manoeuvring
Battery flat Do not manoeuvre any more,
risk of exhaustive discharge of
the supply battery Retract the
drives and charge the supply
battery.
"Max. gradeability reached" and
"Battery status of supply battery
for drives" LEDs light up simul-
taneously
System blocked. Error by self-
diagnosis, positioning or retrac-
tion procedure
Some errors can be rectified
by restarting. To do this, retract
the drives as described in "Mo-
ving the drives away from the
wheels". Perform the restart a
second time if necessary.
Contact an AL-KO service
centre if the LEDs remain lit

Danger during fault rectification!
Always contact AL-KO service in case of malfunctions not listed here, or if you are in doubt.
Secure the caravan prior to fault rectification. Retract the drives before transporting the caravan
to AL-KO service (manually if necessary).
