3.2 Answering a second call during a conversation
During a conversation, another person is trying to call you. The name or number of the caller is
displayed for a few seconds.
Use one of the following methods to answer the displayed call.
o Line key for which icon is flashing. With the touchscreen, selecting the icon displays
information about the incoming call, you can touch near the icon (external free area) to
answer the displayed call directly.
o Queue or Waitqueue Answer
The first call is on hold.
3.2.1 Cancel your second call
Use one of the following:
On hook the handset.
Hang up key (If in handsfree mode).
3.2.2 Recover the call on hold
Use one of the following:
Select the incoming call icon. With the touchscreen, selecting the icon displays information about
the incoming call, you can touch near the icon (external free area) to answer the displayed call directly.
Hands free to take the call.
Lift the receiver.
Start call key.
You are in conversation with your first caller again.
If you make an error, hang up: your telephone will ring and you will recover your first call.
3.3 Switching between calls (Broker call)
During a conversation, a second call is on hold.
Use one of the following:
Select the call on hold icon from the conversation screen. With the touchscreen, selecting
the icon displays information about the incoming call, you can touch near the icon (external free
area) to answer the displayed call directly.
Answer
Press the Back/Exit key to display the Perso page. Select the call on hold.
Your first call is placed on hold.
3.4 Transferring a call
During a conversation, to transfer the call to another number:
You are in communication with a first caller
Transfer The first call is on hold
Calling a second person during a conversation.
You can transfer the call immediately or wait for your contact to answer before transferring the
call.
Transfer, press to perform the transfer.
The two callers are connected.
