The program selection dial cannot be rotated 360°.
Overwinding the dial may damage the mechanism.
Do not turn the program selection dial beyond the " "
and "" end point markings.
On this sewing machine, you can select a number of different
functional and decorative stitches. You can use the program
selection dial

to simply select the stitch pattern you want.
− Before changing the stitch, always make sure that the needle is
at its highest position.
− Turn the program selection dial so that the marker is lined up
with the stitch type you want to use.
Stitch length settings
You can use the stitch length regulator

to select the length of
the stitch pattern you have selected.
− Turn the stitch length regulator so that the marker points to the
stitch length number you want to use.
The numbers indicate the approximate stitch length in millimetres.
