WARNING: After mounting the grinding/ cutting disc and before
switching on, check that the disc is correctly mounted and that it can
turn freely. Make sure that the disc does not graze against the wheel
guard or other parts.
3. Dust/Chip extraction
Dust from materials such as lead-containing coatings, some wood types,
minerals and metal can be harmful to one’s health. Touching or breathing-in
the dust can cause allergic reactions and/or lead to respiratory infections of
the user or bystanders.
Certain dust, such as oak or beech dust, is considered carcinogenic,
especially in connection with wood treatment additives (chromate, wood
preservative).
Materials containing asbestos may only be worked by specialists.
- Provide for good ventilation of the working place.
- It is recommended to wear a P2 lter-class respirator.
Observe the relevant regulations in your country for the materials to be
worked. Prevent dust accumulation at the workplace. Dust can easily ignite.
4. Removing or installing the battery pack *
WARNING: Before inserting the battery pack,
make sure that the on/o switch is in OFF
position.
Depress the battery pack release button (2) to
release and slide the battery pack (1) out from the
mini grinder. After recharging the battery, slide the
battery pack back into the mini grinder. A simple
push and slight pressure will be sucient.
