Congratulations on the purchase of your Ferrex® 2-in-1 Chainsaw with Telescopic
Pole. When you open your packaging, rst remove all items and check there are
no parts damaged or missing. If you nd anything wrong, do not operate the
product until the parts have been replaced or the fault has been rectied.
Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury.
First time users or inexperienced operators pay particular attention to the
operation of the 2-in-1 Chainsaw with Telescopic Pole, including details of
starting and stopping and correct use of the 2-in-1 Chainsaw with Telescopic
Pole on pages 23-29, as well as the maintenance instructions on pages 30-32.
Intended use of the 2-in-1 Chainsaw with Telescopic Pole
NOTE: This product is for private domestic DIY use only.
It is not suitable for commercial or trade use.
The 2-in-1 Chainsaw with Telescopic Pole is intended for felling small to medium
sized trees, cutting rewood, wooden beams, planks etc and clearing and
pruning branches. Cuts can be sawed with or across the grain.
This product is not suitable for sawing mineral materials, plastics or non-wood
building materials.
Do not use the tool for the other purposes that are not mentioned in the manual,
which may create a hazard or cause product damage.
