11. Firmly mount the shaver head on the shaver until the
locking mechanism audibly engages (see fig. E).
12. Place the protective cap

on the shaver.
The shaver is now ready for use again.
Weekly cleaning
It is recommended that you thoroughly clean the sha-
ver once a week. To do so, proceed as follows:
1. Use the On/Off switch

to switch the shaver off.
2. Before cleaning, pull the 5 V plug

out of the
shaver.
3. Hold the shaver over the sink.
4. Depress both release buttons

to release the
shaver head

(see fig.D).
5. Pull the shaver head up and off.
6. Tap the shaver head gently over a sink to remove any
hair.
7. Thoroughly wash the shaver head under warm
running water from the inside and outside
(see fig.F).
8. Carefully dry the shaver head with a lint-free cloth
or a paper towel. In the process, do not push the
shaving foils in.
9. Without the shaver head mounted, use the On/Off
switch

to switch the shaver on for approx. 5–10
seconds to dispel any hair from the shaver blades

10. Switch the shaver back off.
