7.7 Stop
1. The cleaning unit is stopped by tapping the
Stop button, or if an alarm forces the system to
stop. Feed pump and separator are turned off.

E
After each stop of the cleaning unit, the separator bowl
must be cleaned well. If not, an unevenly spac ed slu dge
cake will at next sta rt result in heavy vib ra tion and can
cause damage .

2. The heater is shut down. Flow continues
to cool down the heater. The display indicates
“Heater cooling down” and the time to stop.
3. When the heater has cooled down the unit is
stopped automatically.
4. Disconnect both hoses connected to the
hydraulic oil tank.

E
If the check valves are not sealing properly, there is a
risk tha t oil may be siphoned from the hydraulic oil tank
and drained via the separator into the collecting tank.

E
When the separator h as nearly stopp ed rotating (within
two minutes), the liquid content of the bowl will be
drained by gravity into the collecting tank.

E
If the position of the tank level is higher than the
inlet/outlet of the se p ara tor, there is a ris k that liquid
may be siphoned from the tank and drained via the
separator into the collecting tank.

If the cleaning unit is not used for a longer period drain
the pump from liquid.
