"Mushrooms" = Fastening connections on the end
cap.
Pay special attention to the instructions below so that
severe personal injury or damage to the valve are
avoided.
Safety
- Always observe the technical data (see page
20).
- Always release compressed air after use.
- Never touch the coupling between the valve
body and the actuator if compressed air is sup-
plied to the actuator.

Never touch the valve or the pipelines when pro-
cessing hot liquids or when sterilizing.
Never touch the coupling between the valve body
and the actuator if compressed air is supplied to

Always handle lye and acid with great care.

The actuator springs are not caged (ø85 mm,
NC/NO).
- Never use compressed air for removing the
end cap of the actuator.
- Always fit the end cap with the mushrooms
turned outwards and position it correctly be-
fore supplying compressed air to the actuator.
