Top screen We refer to this as theradar view as it provides an overview of the current
system configuration. Use the menu buttons to access and change the configuration and other
MixRack setup functions.
Input Channels view Tabs let you access all 64
input channels and the FX short returns.
Input source ‘R-B3’ means MixRack slot B socket
3. ‘EB 6’ means EtherSound ESB channel 6.
48V displays phantom power status.
Insert displays if an insert has been assigned.
Name User defined 5 character channel name.
Channel number DSP channel 1 to 64.
Mute displays the channel mute status.
Faders show the current channel level settings.
Direct Output routing shows the output sockets
associated with the direct outputs. If the output is
routed to more than one socket a ‘…’ is displayed.
Touch that part of the screen to toggle to the other
sockets assigned.
Mix Channels view Tabs let you view the current
status of the 32 mix buses and 8 internal FX buses.
External Input source ‘NotAs’ means a socket has
not been assigned as the external input. ‘S-C5’
means Surface slot C socket 5. ‘EA 36’ means
EtherSound ESA channel 36.
Type displays the type of mix configured.
Insert Displays if an insert has been assigned.
Name User defined 5 character mix name. The
background colour indicates mono or stereo mixes
configured.
Mix number sequence for each mix type.
Mute displays the mix mute status.
Faders show the current channel level settings.
Mix Output routing shows the output sockets
associated with the mix outputs. If the output is
routed to more than one socket a ‘…’ is displayed.
Touch that part of the screen to toggle to the other
sockets assigned.

channels
Configure the global options
and the digital audio network
settings.
Configure the Talkback
assignments and source.
Access the onboard signal
generator to route test signals
to the mixes.
Configure connected PL
device control functions.
Assign input channel and mix
master gangs to link processing
and mix parameters.
