How to fix Alliance Laundry Systems Speed Queen TC5000WN that won't fill?

If your Alliance Laundry Systems Washer won't fill, verify the power cord is completely plugged into the electrical outlet and that both the hot and cold water faucets are turned on. Ensure the lid is closed and the fill hoses aren't kinked or twisted. Press the Start/Pause button. Confirm the controls are properly set. Note that the Normal Eco cycle uses a spray rinse instead of filling the tub during the rinse portion. Also, check that the last spin cycle has completed. Examine the laundry room fuse or circuit breaker. Clean the screens in the water mixing valve and the filter screens at the faucet end of the fill hoses. Check the drain hose installation, and if you're using flood-safe stainless steel hoses, consider replacing them with standard hoses.
