STRAWPULLER / SHAKER PAN DRIVES
Clutch not engaged Turn clutch switch on
Strawpuller is plugged Turn off machine. Remove plug
manually
Loose or broken drive chain Repair or replace chain
Loose or broken drive sprocket Tighten set screws, replace key
or sprocket
Bearing failure Replace bearing
Strawpullers and shaker pans
are not moving
Cracked or missing rubber
bushing(s)
Replace rubber bushings
SHAKER PANS / SIEVES
Shaker pans hitting sides of
combine
Shaker drive arm out of
adjustment
Adjust shaker arms
Clutch not engaged Turn clutch switch on
Loose or broken drive chain Repair or replace chain
Loose or broken drive sprocket Tighten set screws, replace key
or sprocket

Loose or broken drive belt Tighten or replace belt
Loose or broken drive pulley or
variable pulley
Tighten set screws, replace
key(s) or pulley(s)
Blower does not turn
Key in drive pulley or variable
pulley sheared
Repair or replace as necessary
Bearing failure Replace bearing

Blower wheel loose and
