Caution
DURING MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS ALL SAFETY MEASURES
SHALL BE TAKEN IN ORDER TO ENSURE PROTECTION OF
PERSONNEL INTERVENING ON THE EQUIPMENT.
General condition
of the equipment
Visual inspection of the equipment, if traces of corrosion, proceed with
reconditioning the points concerned.
The table below shows the procedure to follow according to the support
and protection :

D Degreasing with solvent.
D Application of a layer of

D Take the shine off the paint
with 400 paper .
D Careful degreasing with

primer, then let dry 24 hours.
D Application of a layer of
polyurethane lacquer by brush.
Products used :
D RUMCOAT EEVA primer from DERIVER Y reference 333103;
D Polyurethane lacquer 780 from DERIVERY reference depends on
colour of equipment.
