7. Use of the mobile test rig / EasyCheck
The mobile test rig or EasyCheck allow testing of the lateral distribution directly on
the field. You can find more information in the operating manual. With ArgusTwin,
use of the mobile test rig or EasyCheck is mandatory!
Assembly:
→ The test rig contains 16 collection trays incl. a grid or mats
and 2 measuring cups.
→ Set up 4 collection trays/mats in a row.
→ With the 4 rows (I … IV), half of the working width is covered.
→ Distribute the other rows evenly. The terminal also provides the spacing of the
rows as an aid.
Drive over the test rig as follows:
a) Drive on tramline (1).
b) Check whether fertiliser has been collected in the row with the trays (I):
→ If not, only drive on tramline (2).
→ If yes, drive on tramlines (2) and (3).
Mobile test rig:
→ Fill the content of the row of trays into the measuring cup and read the
value.
→ Entry of the data on the terminal. If you press on "Save", the corrections
will then be automatically adopted and saved in the fertiliser database.
EasyCheck:
→ All other steps are performed using the "EasyCheck" smartphone app.
c) Be sure to perform another test run after each correction.
