HW-XM650/755 Balun Daughter
Cards for RFSoC EVM
Overview
XM650 and XM755 are the RFMC 2.0 add-on cards for use with the Zynq
®
UltraScale+™ RFSoC
DFE ZCU670 evaluaon board. These add-on cards enable ZCU670 connecvity from DAC and
ADC for loopback evaluaon and for instrumentaon use cases. The ZCU670 board supports
eight DACs and ten ADCs. The XM650 and XM755 cards provide connecvity of up to 16 DACs
and 16 ADCs.
• The XM650 add-on card is a DAC to ADC loopback evaluaon with N79 band baluns and
lters, no external connecvity.
• The XM755 add-on card is a full break-out of 16 DAC channels x 16 ADC channels to SMA
connecvity using Carlisle-CoreHC2 assembly connecons.
