6.4 Yearly Inspection
The yearly inspection by a technical expert is basically a vis-
ual inspection and functional test. It extends to:
the condition of all components and devices,
an inspection for modifications that have been made to
the access ramp,
the completeness and effectiveness of protective and
safety devices and
the completeness of the inspection log.
