If the flame is detected after the heating cycle completes in your Andrews Water Heater, check to ensure the gas valve has closed. No voltage should be present at the gas valve before the ignition cycle. Make sure the wire positions on the wire harness are correct. If the gas valve is stuck open, replace it.
