NOTE: The backrest actuator is designed to lift a maximum of 45% of the 250kg (550lb)
patient weight limit; this equates to 112.5kg (248lbs). If the weight on the backrest exceeds
this figure, then the backrest actuator may stall, and the backrest will not raise. This can be
caused by exceeding the patient weight limit, or having the patient positioned too far up the
backrest towards the head end.
