The appliance does not start
when the power switch is
pressed.
Error code P1. The tank is full. Switch of the
appliance, empty the tank and
start the appliance again.
In COOL mode: The room
temperature is lower than the
set point temperature.
Change the set point
temperature.
The appliance does not cool
properly.
The air lter is blocked. Switch o the appliance and
clean the lter according to the
instructions.
The outlet hose is blocked, or
not connected.
Switch o the appliance,
release the hose, check that
the hose is not blocked and
connect it again.
Not enough refrigerant. Have the appliance checked by
a service technician.
Set point temperature too high. Set a lower set point temperature.
Doors, windows etc. have not
been closed.
Close all the doors and
windows.
The room is too big. Check the area of the room.
Sources of heat in the room. Remove sources of heat if
possible.
The appliance is noisy and
vibrates.
The surface is not horizontal. Place the product on a level,
stable surface.
The air lter is blocked. Switch o the appliance and
clean the lter according to the
instructions.
Appliance makes a gurgling
sound.
Caused by the ow of
refrigerant in the appliance.
Take no action. This sound is
quite normal.
