9 Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause Solution
The product does not operate.
No power supply. Connect the power plug to a power
outlet.
Water tank full indicator flashes. Drain the water tank or make sure
the water tank is correct attached to
the product.
Room temperature is below 5°C or
above 35°C.
To protect the product, it is
programmed not to operate at such
temperatures.
The product operates unsatisfactory
The air filter is clogged. Clean the air filter.
The air intake or air outlet are
obstructed.
Remove the obstruction.

Loud noise when the product operates
The product is not placed on a firm and
level surface.
Place the product on a firm and level

The product stops to operate for
