Resident Transfers in or out of Chair
Before using the Level Glide™ Transfer System:
ü Carrier rails are aligned with tub rails.
ü Carrier latches securely to tub.
ü Chair locks to carrier.
ü Seat belts are installed properly.
Before transferring resident in or out of chair…
carrier and Primary Lock is engaged! The
Chair Tab should touch Stop Block. Verify
that Primary Lock touches bottom of Carrier
Rail to block the Chair Tab from moving
backwards.
