Measuring Temperature (only 502)
The meter measures the temperature of a K-Type
thermocouple. You can press the function (yellow)
button to choose degrees Celsius (°C) or degrees
Fahrenheit (°F).
Display ranges are -200°C to +1200°C and -328°F to
+2192°F. Readings outside of these ranges show “OL”
on the display. When there is no thermocouple
connected, the display also shows “OL”.
To use temperature measurement, turn the rotary
switch to
temperature position, then press the function (yellow)
button to select measuring mode.
