•
Get on the motorcycle, assum-
ing the correct driving posture.
•
Make sure that the side stand
has been fully retracted.
•
Operate the front or rear brake
(or both).
•
Operate the clutch lever (8) and
make sure that the transmission
(9) is in neutral. If the transmis-
sion is in neutral, the green col-
oured light "N" (10) will turn on.
•
Turn the engine stop switch (2)
to "RUN". Turn the ignition key
(4) to "ON".
•
Press the starter button (3) once
only.
At this stage:
•
The starting screen page will be
shown on the multifunction dis-
play for 2 seconds.
•
All warning lights (5) and the
backlighting will turn on for 2
seconds on the instrument pan-
el.
•
The rpm indicator (6) will go to
the end of the scale for 3 sec-
onds, then it will return to the
minimum value.
•
With the engine operating nor-
mally, the number of rpms at
which the engine is operating
will be displayed instantaneous-
ly.
•
Ga correct op het voertuig zit-
ten.
•
Controleer of de laterale stan-
daard volledig ingeklapt is.
•
Knijp de voorrem of de achter-
rem in (of beide).
•
Knijp de koppelingshendel (8) in
en controleer of de versnelling
(9) zich in de vrije positie be-
vindt. Als de versnellingsbak
zich in de vrije positie bevindt,
licht het groene licht "N" (10) op.
•
Draai de schakelaar voor het
stilleggen van de motor (2) op
"RUN". Draai de ontstekings-
sleutel (4) op "ON".
•
Druk één keer op de startknop
(3).
Op dit moment gebeurt het volgende:
•
Het beeldscherm van de start
zal 2 seconden weergegeven
worden op het multifunctionele
display.
•
Op het dashboard lichten alle
controlelampen (5) en de retro-
verlichting 2 seconden op.
•
De toerenteller (6) zal het
schaalminimum 3 seconden be-
reiken, en zal daarna terugkeren
naar de minimum waarde.
•
Wanneer de motor normaal in
werking is, wordt het operatio-
nele toerental (t/min) van de mo-
tor onmiddellijk aangeduid.
