AquaLab 11 COMPUTER INTERFACE
11 Computer Interface
Your AquaLab can connect to your computer using USB (included)
or RS232. Using this cable, you can send water activity data to
a computer for further analysis and storage. The interface is run
through the AquaLink 4 Software or a terminal communication pro-
gram.
Note: You must install the USB driver before connecting the USB
Cable to your computer. You can install from the USB included with
your AquaLab or download here: www.aqualab.com/aqualink.
11.1 AquaLink 4 Software
An optional software program, AquaLink 4, is available for use with
your AquaLab. AquaLink 4 is a Windows based program designed
for data collection and customized report generation for all AquaLab
models. AquaLink 4 logs water activity, temperature, time of mea-
surement, and date stamps along with other information. AquaLink
4 also has sample identification and comment fields that you can use
to help annotate the data your AquaLab is gathering. Figure 5 shows
a screen shot of the AquaLink 4 program.
