  If your Aqualisa Plumbing Product is only outputting hot or cold water, or just cold water, it could be due to a couple of reasons: * The inlet supplies might be reversed. Check that the hot and cold water supplies correspond with the inlet markings on the product. * The cylinder temperature may not be sufficiently hotter than the blend temperature. The cylinder temperature should be at least 15°c hotter than the blend. Check the flow rate recommendations with the heater manufacturer.
