What to do if water is leaking from the Aqualisa Bathroom Fixtures shower head?
    • R
      Roberta HortonAug 21, 2025
A short period of water leaking from the shower head after turning off the shower is normal. Adjust the angle of the shower head in the holder to vary the draining time and clean the shower head. If the shower flow valve is failing to close fully, possibly due to waterborne debris, remove the flow valve and check it.

Why is my Aqualisa SIERRA outlet water temperature too hot or cold?
    • B
      Brett BriggsAug 25, 2025
The outlet water temperature may be too hot or cold because the inlet filter is partially blocked; check the inlet filters for any blockages and clean as necessary. It could also be due to installation conditions falling outside of the operating parameters. Also, if a stored system is used, the hot water temperature may be less than 10°c above the required blend temperature; adjust the hot water temperature or wait for the water to reheat. If you have an instantaneous water heater, it might not be igniting because the water flow rate is too low; increase the water flow rate through the system and check the inlet filters and cartridge, cleaning or replacing them as needed. Contact the boiler manufacturer.

What to do if I only get hot or cold water from my Aqualisa Plumbing Product shower valve?
    • N
      Nicole HarrisAug 26, 2025
If you're only getting hot or cold water, first check that the stop or service valve in the water supply pipework to the shower valve is fully open. Also, the inlet filter may be partially blocked, so clean or replace it, and flush through the pipework before refitting. Finally, the inlet water supplies might be reversed (hot to cold supply), so check the connections are the correct way round - hot on the left and cold on the right when viewed from the front. Rework the pipework as necessary.

How to stop water leaking from my Aqualisa SIERRA Plumbing Product shower head?
    • C
      Christina ThorntonAug 27, 2025
A small amount of water leaking from the shower head after turning off the shower is normal. To minimize this, adjust the angle of the shower head in the holder as necessary to vary draining time and clean the shower head. If the leaking persists, the shower flow valve may not be closing fully, possibly due to waterborne debris. In this case, remove the cartridge and check it.

What to do if my Aqualisa Control Unit only has hot or cold water coming from the shower valve outlet?
    • S
      Stephanie CollinsAug 31, 2025
If you're only getting hot or cold water from your Aqualisa Control Unit, it could be due to several reasons: * A partially closed stop or service valve in the water supply pipework to the shower valve. Make sure to fully open the stop or service valve. * A partially blocked inlet filter. Clean or replace the filter, and flush the pipework before refitting. * Reversed inlet water supplies (hot connected to cold). Check that the connections are correct: hot on the left and cold on the right when viewed from the front. Rework the pipework if necessary.

Why is the outlet water temperature too hot or cold on my Aqualisa Control Unit?
    • J
      jasonritterSep 2, 2025
If the outlet water temperature is too hot or cold, consider these possible causes: * The inlet filter may be partially blocked. Check the inlet filters for any blockages and clean as necessary. * If the hot water temperature is less than 10°c above the required blend temperature, adjust the hot water temperature or wait for water to reheat if a stored system is used. * If you have an instantaneous water heater that isn't igniting because the water flow rate is too low, increase the water flow rate through the system. Check inlet filters and cartridge, clean or replace.

What to do if my Aqualisa Bathroom Fixtures only dispenses hot or cold water?
    • A
      Andrea ZamoraSep 12, 2025
If your shower valve is only dispensing hot or cold water, it could be due to a partially closed stop or service valve in the water supply pipework; open the stop or service valve to resolve this. Another possibility is a partially blocked inlet filter; clean or replace it, and flush the pipework before refitting. Also, check if the inlet water supplies are reversed (hot to cold); ensure the connections are correct, with hot on the left and cold on the right when viewed from the front, and rework the pipework if necessary.
