TEST WITH NEW MAIN CIRCUIT
CHECK CONNECTION OF DC WIRING TO "+" AND "-"
TERMINALS ON COMPRESSOR CONTROL UNIT
CHECK INTERNAL DC WIRING BETWEEN POWER
SOCKET AND COMPRESSOR CONTROL UNIT
CHECK DC SUPPLY SOCKET FOR
CORRECT VOLTAGE AND POLORITY
CHECK FRIDGE POWER LEAD AND PLUG FUSE
CHECK ALL PLUG AND SOCKET CONNECTIONS
install new compressor control unit,
reassemble, test unit and return to
TO TEST FOR CORRECT OPERATION,
TO TEST FOR CORRECT OPERATION,
CONNECT FRIDGE TO 100-240V AC POWER.
NOTE : Battery protection system is not
POWER LED WILL CHANGE TO GREEN.
FRIDGE WILL START COOLING
CHECK POLARITY ("+" & "-"). THE CONTROL UNIT HAS
POLARITY PROTECTION AND WILL NOT FUNCTION IF
NOTE: Digital display will not operature if
supply voltage is below 7V DC
NOTE: A poor connection (particularly at the
socket at the back of the fridge) can cause a
large voltage drop between the power source
