6.7) Shown opposite is the LH rear corner of the bed
liner. Mark on the back of the bed liner into the
moulded corner features. Do this for both sides of
the bed liner. Cut the bed liner using a jig saw
and sand the cut edge.
6.8) The completed trim in the rear corner should look
like that in the picture opposite when viewed from
inside the bed liner.
6.9) Shown opposite is the LH rear vertical edge of the
bed liner. Mark on the back of the bed liner a
vertical line to cut off the return flange 105mm
high in line to the top edge from the corner
moulded into the return flange. Do this for both
sides of the bed liner. Cut the bed liner using a jig
saw and sand the cut edge.
