2.3) With the front headboard rail (664144) centralised
at the front of the tub, and holding down with firm
pressure, drill 5.2mm holes with a 12mm drill stop
fitted through the 4 existing holes in the face of the
bracket through into the top face of the vehicle’s
front tub panel.
2.4) Apply rust inhibitor (665505) to the 4 drilled holes
through the front headboard rail and insert 4 rivets
into the holes to keep alignment, then rivet the rail
in place using 4 off (6609087) rivets.
2.5) Apply neutral cure silicon to seal both ends of the
lower headboard rail and the tub as shown all
around the ends of the lower front head board rail.

towards tub before drilling 4
holes in top surface only
