2.6) Apply the second roll of foam tape (668PB018) to
the inside of the front upper head board mount rail
(664143) towards the inner edge of the smaller lip
and cut the foam tape off level with both ends.
2.7) Load the front upper headboard mount rail
(664143) down onto the lower front head board
mount rail that is mounted to the vehicle’s tub. Align
the rail with the holes on the lower head board
bracket on the inside of the tub and align the rail
centrally left to right on the tub.
2.8) With the front upper headboard mount rail aligned
centrally, check all holes are aligned to the lower
headboard rail and while holding down with firm
pressure, drill 5.2mm holes with a 12mm drill
stop fitted through the 3 central existing holes
ONLY! in the face of the bracket through into the
front face of the tub.
