The following steps highlight the procedure for installing Reflective Ceramic Glass liner. This kit comes
standard on the Optima 72 Eclipse edition and is available as an option for other models.
Gas and vent connections must be made before installing the brick and reflective panels.
We recommend using clean cotton gloves when handling panels. Handle the panels with care. Inspect the
panels to ensure that no damage has occurred inside the package. Please report any damage immediately to
your Authorized Archgard Dealer.
Before you begin:
• Ensure the gas supply is turned OFF and disconnect the power supply (including backup
batteries)
• Remove barrier screen (see Page 39)
• Remove Glass Door (see Page 38)
• Remove Log Set (if installed, see Page 26)

Step 01: Place rear panel against the back wall of
the fireplace and slide in behind tabs on burner
tray.
Step 02: Place left side panel in the firebox along the
side of the burner tray and secure with clip. (supplied
in kit)
