The Malibu/Sovereign bathtub must be serviced once a year in
accordance with the Maintenance and Repair Manual.
Contact your local Arjo service representative to sign for a
service agreement.
Every 2:nd Year
• Replace safety belt
Every 5:th Year
• Replace seat before it has expired.
• Check expiring date for seat:
Look at the label located on the back of the seat to find the
expiration date. See Fig. 1
WARNING
To avoid injury and/or unsafe product, the maintenance
activities must be carried out at the correct frequency
by qualified personnel using correct tools, parts and
knowledge of procedures. Qualified personnel must
have documented training in maintenance of this
device.
NOTE
All Caregiver Obligations are to be checked when
performing the Qualified Personnel Service. For details,
see separate service instructions.
