Remove the sliding aid from under patient.
Remove wrinkles or unevenness on mattress or patient’s
clothing to prevent pressure or discomfort.
Fold up bed rails if any.
Position one caregiver on the side of Sara Combilizer
and one on the opposite side of the receiving bed.
Transfer patient with the sliding aid to the bed without
hitting the patient’s head or feet.
Release brakes and move Sara
Combilizer away from the bed.
