If the charger light is on, move the ceiling lift away from the charging station. If the emergency stop is activated, gently push up on the reset switch plastic insert. Check if the buttons on the ceiling lift cassette are working; if so, the problem may be the hand control. Check the charge on the ceiling lift. Ensure the hand control is properly plugged into the ceiling lift cassette. Slide the ceiling lift over the clip-on charging station to see if the yellow light turns on. If it still doesn't work, contact your local ArjoHuntleigh representative.
