1. Introduction - Scope of the Manual / Field of Application
This instruction manual covers the Bilbao & Super Bilbao line of refrigerated island
cases.
The scope of the information that follows provides information concerning:
- Use of the cases;
- Technical characteristics;
- Installation and assembly;
- Information for the personnel in charge of its use;
- Maintenance operations.
The manual should be considered part of the case and must be kept for the entire life
of the case itself. The manufacturer holds itself exempt from all responsibility in
the following circumstances:
- Improper use of the case;
- Incorrect installation, not carried out according to the norms indicated;
- Defects in the electrical supply;
- Serious neglect in required maintenance;
- Unauthorized changes and modifications;
- Use of non-original spare parts;
- Partial or total non-observance of instructions given;
Electrical appliances can be dangerous for your health. The norms and laws in
force must be respected during installation and use. Anybody using this case
must read this manual.

remote refrigeration, suitable for the storage and self-service sale of ice cream, frozen
foods, or at medium temperature for meat, dairy products.

The case has been tested and approved to meet or exceed: UL-471, ANSI/NSF-7
NSF CERTIFICATION
These Arneg refrigerated display cases are strictly
manufactured to meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI/NSF
(American National Standards Institute / National Sanitation
Foundation) Standard number 7. Installation procedures must
be properly followed to maintain this certification.
