4. Identification - Nameplate
:
On the inside left of the case there is a data plate with the following characteristics.
1. Manufacturer’s name and address
2. Name and length of the case
3. Case serial number
4. Power supply voltage
5. Power supply frequency
6. Max. absorbed current
7. Electrical power absorbed at steady state during refrigerating phase (fans +
hot cables + lighting)
8. Electrical power absorbed at steady state during defrosting phase (heating
elements + hot cables + fans + lighting)
9. Illuminating power (where applicable)
10. Type of refrigerating fluid used in the appliance
11. Environmental climatic class and reference temperature
12. Manufacturing date code of the case
Service Requests:
In case of technical service request, please communicate the following
information for the identification of the case:
product name.
serial number.
5. Receiving and First Inspection
For safe handling use suitable equipment for raising the case in question.
Upon receipt of the case:
Make sure that the packaging is intact and that there is no visibly
evident damage;
Unpack the case with care so as not to damage the cabinet itself;
Check each individual part of the case, making sure that all its
components are intact;
If anything is found to be damaged, the carrier should be notified
immediately and an inspection requested. The delivery receipt must be
noted that the equipment was received damaged. If damage is of a
concealed nature, you must contact the carrier within three (3) days
following delivery. The consignee for all damages must file a claim with
the carrier.
NOTE: All claims for shortages must be within 10 days after receipt of
shipment.
