11. Defrosting and Water Draining
The Bilbao & Super Bilbao line of refrigerated cases is equipped with an off-cycle, Hot
Gas or Electric defrosting system.
• For the evacuation of the defrosting water it is necessary to provide suitable drainage
per any local and national codes.

12. Glass Condensation
The multi-pane thermal insulation glass is prevented from condensation with electric
resistance heaters placed at the base of the glass assemblies.
