8. Electrical Connection
• CAUTION: Install no more than 3 cases on the same electrical and
refrigerating power supply line.
• The electrical system must be earth grounded.
• Check first-of-all that the power voltage is that indicated on the rating
• To guarantee regular functioning, it is necessary that the maximum variation of
voltage is +/- 6% of the nominal value.
NOTE: All these operations must be carried out by specialized licensed personnel.
NOTE:
All wiring must be in compliance with
NEC and all local electrical codes.
9. Temperature Control
• The control of the refrigerating temperature is carried out using the mechanical
thermometer placed on the suction plate.
10. Loading the Cabinet
Several important rules should be followed in loading the cabinet: arrange the goods in
an organized, uniform way. Do not overload above the air current. Do not block the air
return or supply area with product, display items, etc. Uniform arrangement of the goods,
without empty spaces, assures the best operation of the case. Never place warm product
in the cases.
The air current is very important to the performance of this case. The load limit line is the
indicator of the inside edge of the air current and at no time should shelving, product,
signs, debris, etc., interfere with air current. For the restocking of the case, it is necessary
to observe some important rules:
• Load the stock in a uniform and orderly way, avoiding overloading.
• The arrangement of the stock, without empty spaces, guarantees the
best functioning of the case.
• Do not load product above the air current.
• Do not block the air return or supply areas with product, signage,
display items, etc.
