There may not be enough water flow through the heater to carry the heat away from the
heating elements. Heater startup will begin again after about 1 minute.

The Water Flow has Failed – M017*
There is not enough water flow through the heater to carry the heat away from the
heating element and the heater has been disabled. After the flow problem has been
resolved you must press any button to reset and begin the heater start up.

The Heater May be Dry – M028*
Possible dry heater or not enough water in the heater to start it. The spa is shut down
for 15 minutes. Press any button to reset the heater startup.

There is not enough water in the heater to start and the spa is shut down. After the
problem has been resolved, you must clear the message to restart the heater.
