Touch screen is
not responsive,
or is intermitent
1. The charger uses a
resistive touch
screen, capable of
working with
gloved hands. As a
resistive touch
screen, the screen
must be physically
pressed, not just
1. Press the screen firmly.
2. Cycle the power On/Off button and check
again.
3. Return to Arthrex for repairs.
If the problems persist, clean and disinfect the Universal DrillSaw Battery Charger and
send it to Arthrex using the original packaging when possible. Please enclose a brief
explanation of the malfunction detected, along with any charging bay cups that were
used when the problem occurred.
