2. Thread the upper housing onto the sleeve.
3. Thread the set screws into the upper housing and tighten.
4. Install the inner O-ring into O-ring groove.
5. Insert the shaft into the sleeve.
Note: Make sure the flat on the shaft is aligned with the flat on the sleeve.
