Please install NUVOTON ICP (In Circuit Programming) Tool first. You can download the tool through the link
Nuvoton ICP Programming Tool, or install it from AX58200 BSP\Tool folder directly.
Make sure to take off the USB power cable and modify the “DIP of ICE” to below state:
