8.1 Network Interface
Upstream and Downstream
• 9 way terminal block (3.8 mm).
• Upstream and Downstream network interface
connections, comprising a RS485 control bus
and a 3-channel audio bus.
L This interface is only provided on VAR8
Routers which are fitted with the ANIC
Network Interface Card.
L The Audio Bus connections are outputs at the
ACU Audio Control Unit and inputs at the
VAR8 Slave Units.
