      First, ensure the On/Off/Option switch on the bottom of the battery pack is in the “ON” position. Then, check the battery connection to the operator. Program the RF pushbutton switch and the operator. To check the battery, put and hold the On/Off/Option switch in the OPTION position and observe the LED indicator: GREEN means the voltage is good (above 22.5VDC), YELLOW means the voltage is nominal (above 18.5VDC but below 22.5VDC), and RED means the battery pack is exhausted (below 18.5VDC) and needs charging. You can charge the battery using a charger, a 24VDC Class 2 transformer, or by allowing manual traffic to restore power.

      Ensure the door can open and close freely without any obstructions. Increase the door-open spring tension. Make sure the door arm is correctly installed on the output shaft by loosening the three door arm coupling screws, ensuring the door arm touches the door face, and then tightening the screws evenly and securely. If using a hardwire kit, turn on Power Close.

      First, verify that the CR2032 battery in the RF transmitter is good (2.8VDC or greater). Erase all activation codes, then set an RF switch with the door controller. Also, loosen the nuts on the back of the switch plate assembly to ensure the switch isn't stuck.
